Ice festival in Bruges !

Again you can find the Ice Festival on the square in front of the train station.
Over 28 international ice artists are preparing the sculptures for a new edition, which opens on Friday, November 22nd. You can visit this event until January 5th 2014. More than 250.000 kilo of snow and ice are used to make 70 scenes from the new Disney movie ‘Frozen’.
There will be three areas: the Ball Room Magic Kingdom where you can admire 12 dancing Disney princesses, along with Anna from the movie Frozen. The second area is the Kingdom Anadelle with scenes from the new movie. The last area is a more interactive part with a 24 meter long slide, an ice bar and ice toys.
If you go, maybe it would be best you put on warm clothes, the temperature inside is around -6°C (21°F) at all times.
Entrance prices are €15 for adults, €11 for children 4-11y, €13 for students and seniors (60+). Groups are at €9 (+20 pers.).
It’ll be open from 10am until 6pm, non-stop. Even on Christmas Day and January 1st it’s open!

If you think of visiting this event... sorry dudes, you're too late. They are taking it down. The Christmas things are disappearing in Bruges, no more Christmas market as well...
Next year !
